This site has information about the family of Don Spotten and Erma Wheeler. The site is maintained by their youngest daughtter Joanne.
A telphone search done around 2000 showed about 45 families in the US with the last name Spotten. More than 10 of them were from Bertram Spotten's family (Betram is Don's father).
